Ms. Titus is President of CDM Smith’s North America Unit (NAU) where she leads our regional sales and delivery teams and NAU corporate functions and works with our professionals on developing and executing our growth strategies. She champions the delivery of innovative and cost-effective solutions to help cities, states, and utilities manage their environment and infrastructure needs.

Ms. Titus is responsible for the P&L for the North America Unit, with over $1B in Total Revenue, including the alternative delivery portfolio that is centered on large water and wastewater design and construction projects that CDM Smith delivers through our integrated delivery model.

Ms. Titus has more than 30 years of diverse technical, project management, construction, and leadership experience in the United States, Canada, Egypt, Sweden, Taiwan, and Thailand. Along with her global perspective, Ms. Titus has an in-depth understanding of the water industry, and the challenges faced by municipalities in delivering safe, clean, and reliable water supplies.
