Carlos A. Duart is the owner and CEO of CDR Enterprises Inc. and CDR Maguire.  Specializing in emergency management, disaster medicine, transportation infrastructure engineering and bridge construction, he employs over 800 professionals. Beginning his career with Hurricane Andrew in 1992, he has over 25 years of experience in emergency management.  Serving in numerous management and technical positions throughout the years, he has overseen more than $5 billion in disaster recovery projects from debris monitoring to public assistance. Mr. Duart holds a Master’s degree in Taxation, Bachelor’s in Accounting with minors in Finance and Economics. He attended Florida International University as well as Harvard’s Business School Executive Program.
