Mr. Rice is a disaster services subject matter expert, leading communities and clients in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies.  He has vast experience in both the public and private sectors of the construction industry, including commercial, municipal, restoration/ remediation, and housing programs.    

Mr. Rice earned a degree from the University of Florida in Building Construction. With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Rice has gained both extensive knowledge and hands on experience with the recovery process.
