Joshua Hay

CEO & Co-Founder of Indelible Management Solutions

Joshua T. Hay, Sr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Indelible Management Solutions, one of Florida’s fastest-growing professional services firms. Since co-founding Indelible in 2018, Hay has led the organization from two founders to approximately 100 full-time employees and over $100 million in annual revenue — driving sustained growth through disciplined operational infrastructure and a commitment to public-sector excellence.

As CEO, Hay oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategic execution, financial stewardship, and service delivery. Since his appointment in 2021, he has successfully scaled the firm’s capabilities while strengthening its core systems and cultural foundation. His leadership reflects a balance of innovation and rigor, aligning business growth with organizational stability and long-term value creation.

Before becoming CEO, Hay served as Indelible’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, he built the company’s internal control environment and risk management frameworks from the ground up. Drawing from his professional experience in the financial services sector, occupying roles within Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management departments, he implemented risk based approaches to decision making to promote the sustainability of the business. He attributes much of the businesses success to his understanding of the importance of having sound governance, risk and control practices in place that serve as guardrails along the path of business success.

As a graduate of Florida A&M’s School of Business and Industry with a degree in accounting and the University of North Florida’s MBA program, Hay earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified BSA/AML Professional designations. Drawing on these credentials, he built a high-performing career as an internal audit practitioner in the financial services industry, holding various internal audit roles as well as a risk practices quality assurance role within enterprise risk management. Hay’s strong foundation of education and professional expertise continues to shape his leadership and impact.

In addition to guiding enterprise operations, Hay has invested in shaping a strong internal culture. He established Indelible’s Culture Action Team to promote morale, engagement, and continuity across a primarily remote workforce — reinforcing his belief that values-driven leadership is critical to organizational health.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Hay resides in sunny South Florida with his wife, Porshae, and their three children: Sarai, Josh Jr., and Taylor. He is also an active member of the Miami Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., contributing to service, mentorship, and civic engagement initiatives across the region.
